Yearly Calendar Maker
This yearly calendar maker puts all twelve months on one page. It opens on 2026, and changing the year redraws every month, leap years included. Holidays are circled and listed under the grid. It works for a wall, a fridge, a planner cover or a desk.
About this page
Printing helpPrint it at the start of the year and mark the big dates: vacations, school terms, deadlines and birthdays. A highlighter across a row of days shows a trip at a glance. Teachers pin one above the desk, and managers use it to spot crowded months. Press Write online to circle dates on screen, or print and write by hand. Reprint after any change of plan so the wall copy stays current.
A year view is for seeing patterns, not details. You can count weeks to a deadline, see which months have five Fridays, or find where holidays fall near weekends. It is less useful for daily appointments, so pair it with a monthly page. Many people forget leap years, but the grid handles February correctly. Look for long gaps between holidays to place breaks, tests or big projects.
Choose the year first, then set Holidays to your country list or none. Portrait places three months across, which suits a binder, while landscape places four across for a wall or desk. Switch Week starts to Monday if your calendar week begins there. If you want room to write inside each day, use the monthly page instead.
- Does it handle leap years?
- Yes. Select a leap year such as 2028 and February shows 29 days, with every weekday after it shifted correctly. The year list runs from 2025 to 2031.
- How many months fit across the page?
- In portrait, three across and four down. In landscape, four across and three down. Both keep every month legible, so choose whichever fits your wall, binder or desk.
- Where do the holidays appear?
- Holidays are circled on the small month grids and listed with dates under the grid. You can switch to UK, Canada or Australia lists, add US observances, or turn the list off entirely.
