Three kinds of message are the most useful: a page that printed wrong, an answer key that is wrong, and a theme or worksheet type you needed and could not find. Theme requests turn into new word lists; a list needs 25 to 40 words to work at every difficulty.

For a printing or answer key problem, include the page address, the settings you used and the PDF file name. After New version the name ends with an 8-character code for that exact sheet, so it can be rebuilt. For layout problems, the browser and paper size help.
